Our recent Mental Health Awareness Workshop, held in partnership with CEMVO and The National Lottery Community Fund, brought together community members to explore strategies for self-care, resilience, and healing. The event featured powerful discussions on sexual assault, exploitation, and trafficking, led by mental health experts and gender-based violence specialist Mimie Oudanguh. Through interactive sessions and peer support, attendees left feeling more informed, empowered, and connected.
